Meist im Zusammenhang mit einem kleinzelligen Bronchialkarzinom (SCLC). Das SCLC bildet an seiner Oberfläche Calciumkanäle aus, gegen die sich die Immunabwehr richtet. Dabei werden auch Calciumkanäle, die für die Signalübertragung von Nerven zu Muskeln wichtig sind, zerstört. Symptome: Muskelschwäche, verminderter Tränenfluss, Mundtrockenheit, vermindertes Schwitzen.
